Daventry Equestrian is a private training and breeding facility located in the picturesque countryside, just 45 minutes west of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Conveniently situated 1 hour and 15 minutes from Edmonton International Airport and only 3 1/2 hours from the world-renowned Spruce Meadows, our farm provides a peaceful, professional environment dedicated to the development of exceptional Warmbloods, Welsh and Hunter Ponies.


We specialize in the breeding, training, and sale of top-quality Welsh and Hunter Ponies. Our facility is fully equipped for advanced equine reproduction, featuring a complete breeding laboratory for processing both fresh and frozen semen. We provide year-round semen collection and shipment throughout North America. Our commitment to excellence has earned national and international recognition. In 2018, Daventry Equestrian was named the USEF 23rd Leading Pony Hunter Breeder and 18th Leading Pony Hunter Breeding Breeder. In 2021, we celebrated our fifth consecutive year as the USEF 2nd Leading Canadian Pony Hunter Breeder, while also finishing the season as the USEF 22nd Leading Pony Hunter Breeder.
